Shipping Policy — Duendes del Uruguay

All of our elemental beings are shipped from Uruguay with the greatest care so they arrive in perfect condition at your home.

Free Worldwide Shipping
Shipping is free worldwide, with tracking — it is already included in the price of each piece. There is no extra shipping charge at checkout.

Processing Times
Each elemental being goes through a 7-day channeling process before shipping. Shipments leave on the Friday closest to the end of the channeling.

International Shipping
International courier with tracking. Estimated time: 5–10 business days depending on destination, counted from dispatch (after the channeling is complete).

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

Customs and Duties
International shipments may be subject to import taxes or customs duties in the destination country. These are the responsibility of the adopter and are not included in the price.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, or if it arrives damaged, email us at llc@duendesdeluruguay.com within 24 hours of the estimated delivery date, with photos and your order number — and we will make it right.
