Deposits are not used to reserve Guardians — Guardians are purchased in full at the moment of adoption. The deposit is only used for one thing: scheduling a visit to the workshop in Piriápolis. Since there's a months-long wait, the deposit secures your spot and gets discounted from any purchase you make after the visit.

The deposit stays associated with your name until the day of the confirmed visit. If after visiting the studio you adopt a Guardian, the amount is automatically deducted from that purchase.

No. Adoptions are paid at the moment of purchase, in a single transaction. The exception is the deposit for a workshop visit — that one is a separate payment and gets discounted from your later purchase.

Let us know on WhatsApp as far in advance as possible and we'll reschedule at no cost. If the cancellation is last-minute or you don't notify us, the deposit isn't refunded — but you can use it for an online purchase within the next 6 months.

No. Since each Guardian is one-of-a-kind and exists only once in the world, none are held. When one calls you, the only way to secure it is to adopt it in that moment — otherwise, someone else will adopt it before you.

Because they're unique and unrepeatable pieces, we don't offer returns or exchanges. The only exception: if your Guardian arrives with major shipping damage. In that case, send us photos within 24 hours via WhatsApp to start the corresponding claim procedure with the shipping carrier.

Worldwide. We ship internationally with tracking and via DAC within Uruguay. Your Guardian arrives wherever you are.

The complete process has three stages:

1. Channeling (7 days): begins when you complete the Recognition Encounter in My Magic. Those 7 days are sacred — they're not rushed.

2. Shipping: your Guardian leaves on the Friday closest to the end of the channeling. If you finish on a Tuesday, it ships that same Friday; if you finish on a Thursday, also.

3. Transit: Uruguay 1-3 business days via DAC. International 5-10 business days with tracked shipping and real-time updates.

We currently don't offer free shipping.

Every Guardian travels individually protected, inside a sturdy box with anti-shock padding designed specifically for handcrafted pieces. They arrive perfect.

Send us photos of the damage on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving it. We resolve it quickly and without complications.

It varies by destination country and is the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before purchasing.

IMPORTANT: wrong address / not picked up = return with very high costs. You don't want this to happen — pick up or receive on time. Because if you don't, and the package returns to Uruguay, there's a high re-shipping cost. And if you're abroad and your package comes back, you may lose it — some carriers discard unclaimed international returns. Nobody wants that.
