✦ This FAQ is made so you don't need to ask us. Mystical autonomy is part of the Pact: you have everything you need to sustain the bond with your Guardian. From the Studio in Piriápolis we channel the pieces, but the daily work is yours. We are not intermediaries. We are not gurus. We are artisans who opened a door, and now each Chosen One holds it inside her own home.
◈ If after reading all of this you still have a doubt, write to us. But read first — because many answers are here, written in detail, in the direct language we will always use with you. ☾
FIRST DAYS

WHAT DO I DO THE FIRST NIGHT WITH MY GUARDIAN AT HOME?
✦ The simplest thing: place them in a provisional spot (not necessarily definitive), light a candle nearby, sit for 10 minutes without your phone, introduce yourself softly ('I'm X, this is my home, welcome'). No elaborate ritual is needed. Presence is the ritual.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE RELATIONSHIP WITH MY GUARDIAN TO 'ACTIVATE'?
◈ Some Chosen Ones feel something on the first day. Others take weeks. There's no correct timing. What matters is consistency: small daily contacts build the relationship more than one big isolated ritual.
DO I HAVE TO DO A MANDATORY WELCOME?
☾ Not mandatory. But recommended: cleansing with smoke (palo santo is fine) for the first 3 days, a daily candle for the first week, simple conversations. This seals your Guardian's entrance into your home.
MY GUARDIAN ARRIVED WITH ACCESSORIES (CRYSTALS, HERBS), WHAT DO I DO?
✦ Place them next to your Guardian in the first spot you decide on. They are part of the delivery — they come activated from the Studio. Don't separate them or use them for anything else in the first 21 days.
CAN I CHANGE THE GUARDIAN'S LOCATION DURING THE FIRST WEEK?
◈ Better not. Give them time to settle in. After the first month, you can relocate if you feel the place isn't ideal. Before that, except in an emergency, keep them in the initial place.
IT ARRIVED PHYSICALLY DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?
☾ Take photos and write to the Studio within the first 48 hours. We'll assess whether it's shipping damage (we resolve it) or a mark of its own (sometimes the pieces arrive that way on purpose). By email we guide you.
MY PARTNER/FAMILY DOESN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT IT IS, HOW DO I EXPLAIN?
✦ You don't have to explain everything. Say it is channeled symbolic art, that it's important to you, that you ask for respect (no touching without permission). The rest is their work, not yours.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY GUARDIAN IS SPEAKING TO ME?
✦ Typical signs: dreams where they appear, sudden intuitions when passing nearby, the urge to look at them at odd moments, memories that surface when standing in front of them, physical sensations (tingling, warmth, chills). Learn to notice the patterns.
I DREAMED OF MY GUARDIAN, WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
◈ Dreams with Guardians are direct communication. Write down: what they were doing, what they said (if anything), what you felt. Dreams have their own language — don't look up a literal translation on the internet. Your intuition will give you the right reading.
I ASKED MY GUARDIAN FOR SOMETHING AND NOTHING HAPPENED, DID IT FAIL?
☾ Three options: 1) You asked literally (money, a specific person) — Guardians are not ATMs, they don't work that way. 2) What you asked for is not what you actually need (you asked for a partner, you need your own work). 3) It's happening but not at the pace you expect. Re-read the request, adjust.
CAN I ASK MY GUARDIAN CONCRETE QUESTIONS?
✦ Yes. Sit beside them, formulate the clear question aloud, then stay in silence for 5–10 minutes. Answers come as intuitions, inner phrases, images, memories. Do NOT expect a literal voice. Write down what arrives.
DOES MY GUARDIAN HEAR WHAT I SAY IN THE HOUSE?
◈ In a way, yes. The Guardian senses the emotional field of the home. It's not that they understand words, but they perceive the climate. Be mindful of what you say near them — not as censorship, but as awareness.
I TALK TO HIM ALOUD AND FEEL RIDICULOUS, IS IT NECESSARY?
☾ Not strictly necessary aloud. You can speak mentally. But the voice has its own power — vibration, intention, materiality. With time it stops feeling ridiculous. If it bothers you, do it when you're alone in the house.
I DON'T FEEL ANYTHING WHEN I'M NEAR, DID I DO SOMETHING WRONG?
✦ No. Sensitivity varies a lot between people and moments. Some feel something from day 1, others take years. Most of the time it's a matter of patience and consistency.

HOW OFTEN DO I PHYSICALLY CLEAN MY GUARDIAN?
✦ Dust: weekly with a soft brush or dry cloth. More detailed cleaning: monthly. Never use chemicals. If there's a stubborn stain, ask us before testing anything.
HOW OFTEN DO I DO AN ENERGETIC CLEANSING?
◈ Weekly smoke cleansing of the space where they live (palo santo is enough). Deep cleansing monthly (new or full moon) with sage or copal. Extra cleansing after heavy events (arguments, dense visitors).
CAN I PUT MY GUARDIAN IN THE SUN?
☾ Indirect light yes. Prolonged direct sun no — it can damage colors and materials. An hour of indirect morning sun is fine. No strong midday exposure.
DO I HAVE TO MAKE REGULAR OFFERINGS?
✦ Recommended monthly. It can be: a fresh flower, a forest leaf, a beach stone, a lit candle, a handwritten note. It doesn't have to be expensive. It has to be intentional.
MY GUARDIAN LOOKS DULL/WITHOUT SHINE, WHAT'S HAPPENING?
◈ They need attention. Three steps: 1) Physical cleaning (soft cloth). 2) Energetic cleansing (smoke). 3) Quality time (sit beside them for 15–20 minutes with full presence). Within days they return.
IS AN ALTAR NECESSARY FOR MY GUARDIAN?
☾ Not mandatory. But recommended: a dedicated zone (it doesn't have to be elaborate — a small wooden tray, a pretty cloth, a candle, your Guardian, their allies). It gives respect to the bond.

MY GUARDIAN BROKE, DID THE PACT BREAK?
✦ NO. The Pact lives in you, not in the piece. If it broke: thank the cycle fulfilled, decide between repairing (professional gluing with ritual respect) or returning to the earth (burying with gratitude). The bond continues in another form.
MY PET KNOCKED IT/LICKED IT/PLAYED WITH IT
◈ Move it to an inaccessible place. Clean it (soft cloth, smoke). If there's physical damage, ask us. Reorganize the space to avoid repetition. Don't get angry at the pet — just learn.
I HAD A BIG FIGHT AT HOME NEAR IT
☾ Clean it as soon as possible. Smoke the whole area with sage. Wipe with a soft cloth. Tell it: 'We cleanse together.' This prevents emotional density from settling into its field.
A TOXIC PERSON CAME HOME AND SAW IT
✦ After they leave, smoke the whole house (sage or copal). Run special smoke around the Guardian. In the future, if the visit was predictable, you can cover your Guardian with a pretty cloth during the visit.
I'M GOING THROUGH A GRIEF OR PERSONAL CRISIS, HOW DOES IT RELATE TO MY GUARDIAN?
◈ Your Guardian is an ally in grief. Move closer, not farther. Sit beside them and cry if you need to. Talk to them about the pain. These are the moments when the bond deepens most. But also: don't ask them to heal your grief — grief is your work.
I'M PREGNANT, DO I HAVE TO REMOVE THE GUARDIAN?
☾ Not necessarily. Some Guardians accompany pregnancies well (Fairies, Masters, Talismans). Others can be intense in that state (Witches). If you feel the Guardian 'weighs' on you in pregnancy, you can cover it with a cloth or move it temporarily to another room. Listen to your body.
A BABY ARRIVED AT HOME, DOES THE GUARDIAN AFFECT THINGS?
✦ Babies are very sensitive. Do NOT put it in the baby's room in the first months. Later you can evaluate (Masters and Talismans are the most baby-friendly). If the baby cries near the Guardian repeatedly, move it.

I'M GOING ON VACATION FOR A WEEK, WHAT DO I DO WITH MY GUARDIAN?
✦ Ask them: Guardians love to travel, and they are the ones who let you know whether they want to come along or stay watching over the house — you will feel it clearly. If they come with you: wrap them in natural cloth and carry them in your hand luggage, like one more companion on the journey. If they stay: a spoken goodbye ('I'm gone for a few days, take care of the house'), an LED candle lit nearby (not a real candle unattended), and upon returning, tell them about the trip with a small offering.
I'M MOVING, HOW DO I TRANSPORT MY GUARDIAN?
◈ YOU carry them in hand, not in a truck. Wrapped in natural white cloth, in a separate bag. Before moving: smoke the old house, tell them. In the new house: place them first (before furniture), smoke, introduce them to the space. First week: special attention.
I'M MOVING ABROAD, CAN I TAKE THEM?
☾ Yes, with preparation. Extensive ritual of territory transfer. Professional packing to prevent breakage in flight. Carry them in hand luggage if possible. Upon arrival, an installation ritual that can last several weeks.
CAN I TAKE MY GUARDIAN TO MY FAMILY'S HOUSE FOR A VISIT?
✦ Yes, if they want to go — ask them and you will feel it. Many Guardians love outings and getting to know the places of your life. Carry them wrapped in natural cloth, with care, and introduce them upon arrival. If you feel they would rather stay watching over your house, respect that.
I'M AWAY FOR A MONTH, DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO LOOK AFTER THEM?
◈ First ask them whether they want to travel with you — many love to come along. If they stay, ideally someone you trust comes by once a week, turns on a light near the Guardian for 10 minutes, says a few simple words. If there is no one: cleanse with smoke before leaving and leave protective crystals (black tourmaline, clear quartz). Upon returning: tell them everything, a small offering.

I WANT TO ADOPT ANOTHER GUARDIAN, DO THEY GET ALONG?
✦ Generally yes. They form a Tribe. But introduce them formally: both on the same table, shared smoke, words of introduction ('You accompany each other, you don't compete'). Assign different locations — each with their own space.
HOW MANY GUARDIANS CAN I HAVE?
◈ As many as your heart wants to welcome — there is no limit. Some Chosen Ones live with entire Tribes that keep growing year after year, and the house feels more alive each time. The lineages complement each other, and every new Guardian adds its own energy to the Tribe. The only thing that matters: each one having a place of their own in the home.
DO DIFFERENT LINEAGES FIGHT AMONG THEMSELVES?
☾ No. Each lineage has a different function and they complement each other (Duendes care for the home, Pixies bring joy, Masters hold presence). The only thing: give them separate spaces, not stacked.
I HAVE AN OLD GUARDIAN AND I'M BRINGING IN A NEW ONE, DOES THE OLD ONE GET OFFENDED?
✦ Not if you do it with respect. Introduce the new one, tell it clearly: 'You are still the first. This one comes to accompany us, not to replace you.' Keep giving attention to the old one, not more to the new one just for novelty.
MY PARTNER HAS THEIR GUARDIAN AND I HAVE MINE, DO THEY GET ALONG?
◈ Yes. Recommended ritual: introduction between the two Guardians in the living room of the shared home. Joint smoke. Words of a shared Pact. Then each one in their own zone within the house.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY GUARDIAN WHEN I DIE?
✦ Your decision, while alive. Options: 1) Pass to a chosen person (daughter, granddaughter, friend). 2) Buried with you. 3) Returned to the Studio (we take care of it). Leave your wishes written somewhere visible. Don't let it end up in a forgotten drawer.
I WANT TO PASS MY GUARDIAN ON TO SOMEONE, HOW DO I ARRANGE IT?
◈ A living conversation with the chosen person. Explain the story, show them the journal, point them to references (this site, our Studio). Write it in a letter inside your journal. If you want, mention it in your will.
MY GUARDIAN BROKE AND I DON'T WANT TO REPLACE THEM, WHAT DO I DO WITH THE PIECES?
☾ Bury them in earth (a garden, a large pot of fresh soil, the beach of Piriápolis if you want to return to the origin). Farewell ritual: candle, words of gratitude, smoke. Note the closing date of the cycle in the journal.
I HAVE NO ONE TO PASS IT ON TO, WHAT'S THE BEST OPTION?
✦ Two options: 1) Return to the earth (buried in a meaningful place). 2) Donation to a home or institution you know will respect it. The important thing: that it doesn't end up in the trash or forgotten.
I FEEL MY GUARDIAN HAS COMPLETED ITS CYCLE WITH ME, IS IT OKAY TO LET IT GO?
◈ Yes, if the feeling is clear and sustained (not a bad-mood moment). Closing ritual: deep cleansing, conversation of gratitude, conscious decision (burial, return, gift). The Pact doesn't end badly — it ends matured.

You don't need intermediaries to hear them. What you felt when you received them is the beginning — the rest opens as you look at them, speak to them, let them exist. This portal exists so you have the tools at hand. The bond is yours to build.
