Shipping Policy — Duendes del Uruguay

All of our elemental beings are shipped from Uruguay with the greatest care so they arrive in perfect condition at your home.

Processing Times

Each elemental being goes through a 7-day channeling process before shipping, starting from the moment you complete the channeling form. Shipments leave on the Friday closest to the end of the channeling.

International Shipping

Service: international courier with tracking. Estimated time: 5–10 business days depending on destination, counted from dispatch (after the channeling is complete). Cost: calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

Customs and Duties

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees in the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the adopter and are not included in the shipping price.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at llc@duendesdeluruguay.com within 24 hours of the estimated delivery date.
