Shipping Policy — Duendes del Uruguay

All of our elemental beings are shipped from Uruguay with the greatest care so they arrive in perfect condition at your home.

Shipping Rates
International shipping: US$25 per order. Shipping within Uruguay: UYU 300 per order. These rates apply to the order, not to each piece. All shipments include tracking.

Creation and Processing Times
Mini Classics, Gaia and personal guardians are made to order and take 30–40 business days to create before shipping. This period reflects our handcrafting and channeling process, as well as our busy order schedule. OOAK pieces are already created: this creation period does not apply to them. The shipping transit time is separate and begins when the order is dispatched.

International Shipping
International courier with tracking. Estimated time: 5–10 business days depending on destination, counted from dispatch (after the channeling is complete).

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

Customs and Duties
International shipments may be subject to import taxes or customs duties in the destination country. These are the responsibility of the adopter and are not included in the price.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, or if it arrives damaged, email us at llc@duendesdeluruguay.com within 24 hours of the estimated delivery date, with photos and your order number — and we will make it right.
