We don't create them.
We channel them.
ended up filling the world with Guardians.
What would you do if your hands began creating
something you don't understand?
We started with empty hands
and a half-built home.
A cabin raised stick by stick in Ciudad del Plata. Both of us jobless, no family nearby, a little girl and twins on the way — a high-risk pregnancy and medical tests we couldn't afford.
We loved music. And still, we sold the guitars, the piano, the microphones, the amplifiers. To eat. Yes — that simple, that hard.
And one day, in an ordinary conversation, we knew: we had to make Guardians. We didn't know why. With a huge belly, the five of us went to downtown Montevideo, in the middle of winter, to spend the last money we had on materials we didn't even know how to choose.
The first Guardian was born without anyone asking for it. Then the second. The third. We opened a page to show them, with a photo production made of pure love and zero budget… and that same afternoon, they all found homes.
That's when we understood
this wasn't a business.
It was a calling.
Each piece arrived with a name,
a story and a purpose.
We weren't creating them. We were channeling them. And that was an enormous responsibility: we had to live up to what was arriving through us.
Gabriel practiced faces endlessly — real faces, again and again, so that every Guardian would have a gaze that finds you. That obsession with getting better never left. To this day.
The world stopped.
We didn't.
Pandemic. Three kids. 300 shipments backed up, WhatsApp ringing nonstop, an agency that lost 60 Christmas packages at once, and entire nights without sleep.
And in the middle of it all, the word that explained so much: autism. We understood why everything at home was harder — and we learned to embrace it: we changed our diet, researched everything, healed what was inherited.
A sunset in Piriápolis
chose us as home.
An ordinary walk, a dreamlike sunset, and the same certainty as always: here. We found a house near the sea and the hills, and dared to dream differently: leaving behind months-long waiting lists…
…so that every Guardian could be born free, unique, one of a kind — and choose its person, not the other way around. We don't come from money and we never found a briefcase full of dollars: we manifested it, step by step, at human speed. Because what we do cannot be done at multinational speed.
And then, a Guardian landed in Madrid.
Another in New York. Another in Tokyo.
A community of nearly half a million people walks with us. Even national TV came to ask how this magic is made.
We never went anywhere to learn.
We are explorers.
Everything came from within, from our own search: experimenting, practicing, failing, improving, starting again. In a big house in Piriápolis overlooking the hills, one part is home and the other is our sacred space: where the elementals are born, where every journey to the world is packed.
Every Guardian is still born like the first one: by hand, in porcelain and clay, only once. With its own name, its own story, waiting to recognize its person.
Somewhere in this shop
there's a Guardian that already recognized you.
It was born only once. It will never repeat. And it's waiting for you to look back.
