Send us photos so we can see what happened and guide you according to the material and damage. Please ask us before gluing delicate parts. Damage does not mean you did something wrong or need to interpret it as a message.

Mini classics, Gaia and personal guardians: 30 to 40 business days for creation, before shipping. This time allows for handcrafting, channeling and our busy workshop order schedule. OOAK pieces are already created; their preparation for shipping is communicated separately.

The creation type matters more than size. OOAK means “one of a kind”: one piece that will not be recreated. Made to order means we sculpt a model again, without molds and with the nuances of handcrafting. A personal guardian is an exclusive creation whose appearance you discover when complete.

No. Every Guardian goes directly from our hands to yours. No intermediaries, no third parties, no distribution chain. From Piriápolis to your door.

Mini classics and mini Gaia are 10 cm. Gaia can also be ordered at 20 cm and 30 cm, each stage with its own symbolism. Personal guardians come in medium, large at 30–40 cm, and giant at 50–80 cm. Always check the exact size shown on the product page or chosen option.

We work with sculpting materials, clothing and accessories chosen for each creation. The product page is the reference for its materials and what is included. These are handcrafted pieces whose details need gentle care.

For an OOAK, you receive the exact piece photographed. For made-to-order models, photos are a reference: we recreate their essence with the variations of handcrafting. For a personal guardian, the appearance is a surprise; you are not choosing a catalog copy.

Yes: the channeled personal guardian is our most exclusive creation experience. Choose one being, a couple or a family, the format and whether each member is male or female. Their appearance, story and connection instructions emerge during the process. Creation takes 30 to 40 business days, before shipping.

Yes, with care: protect them from impacts, water and heat; do not carry them loose among other objects. For travel, pack with protection around the body and accessories.

Choose the being or experience that calls you, check its size, creation type and timing, and add it to your cart. Enter the destination and review the total before confirming payment. Made-to-order pieces are created first and shipped afterward.

Yes, you can buy several beings in one order. Shipping is charged per order: UYU $300 within Uruguay or US$25 to the rest of the world. If you combine an existing piece with a made-to-order creation, ask us how to arrange delivery before buying.

The product page shows availability. If an OOAK has found its home, it will not be recreated. Made-to-order collections may become available again; contact us if you would like to ask about a model.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with its number. We will review its stage and the applicable conditions, particularly if a made-to-order piece has already begun. Please read the refund and return policy linked at the bottom of the website.

Yes, we issue an official Uruguayan invoice with every purchase. Fully legal, fully transparent.

You receive a confirmation email from our store, the confirmation screen at the end, and a receipt from the payment gateway. Triple backup.

There's no minimum purchase. If you plan to adopt more than one, doing it in a single order means they travel together in one careful shipment.

Deposits are not used to reserve Guardians — Guardians are purchased in full at the moment of adoption. The deposit is only used for one thing: scheduling a visit to the workshop in Piriápolis. Since there's a months-long wait, the deposit secures your spot and gets discounted from any purchase you make after the visit.

The deposit stays associated with your name until the day of the confirmed visit. If after visiting the studio you adopt a Guardian, the amount is automatically deducted from that purchase.

No. Adoptions are paid at the moment of purchase, in a single transaction. The exception is the deposit for a workshop visit — that one is a separate payment and gets discounted from your later purchase.

Let us know on WhatsApp as far in advance as possible and we'll reschedule at no cost. If the cancellation is last-minute or you don't notify us, the deposit isn't refunded — but you can use it for an online purchase within the next 6 months.

Each piece’s availability is shown in the store. If you need to discuss an option before buying, contact us and we will explain what is possible for that being at that time.

We ship from Uruguay worldwide. Shipping is UYU $300 per order within Uruguay and US$25 per international order. Review the destination details and total before confirming.

There are two different stages: creation and shipping. Mini classics, Gaia and personal guardians need 30 to 40 business days for creation, accounting for handcrafting, channeling and our order schedule. OOAK pieces already exist. Transit starts after dispatch and depends on the destination; it is not included in creation time.

We are not offering courses at present. Our energy is focused on creating our beings and supporting the people who connect with them.
