The name each guardian carries

Every guardian leaves the studio with a name. We do not pull them from a list. The name tends to settle near the end, once the face and the character are finished and the piece clearly looks like someone.

It matters because it is the first thing you will use. You will say it when you place the guardian, when you introduce it, when you talk about it. A piece with a name stops being an object and becomes a presence in the house.

If the name does not convince you, you can change it. It is yours now.
